Victoria Avenue Lawn Tennis Club is tucked away in-between 23 and 25 Victoria Avenue, Winton, Dorset BH9 2RJ. One of the oldest clubs in Dorset, it has 4 floodlit artificial grass courts, 3 macadam courts, 2 out of the 3 being floodlit, and a KIDZONE with 2 mini courts and a practice wall. There is also a club house with changing rooms, toilets and facilities for tea and coffee. Victoria Avenue Tennis club offers coaching for individuals of all abilities with the opportunity to advance to a competitive level with many players in the club having achieved national and international ranking. All ages above 4 years old are welcome for both one-to-one and group coaching and coaching programmes include, Tots Tennis, Mini Tennis, Beginner Tennis and various other programmes for children and adults. Just an 8-minute walk away from Victoria Tennis Club is Peter's Hill, where you can catch the 4, 5, 4a or 5a to Exeter Road and then walk to Bournemouth Square with the total journey from the club being 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can catch the less frequent 32 bus to Bournemouth Square or Poole on Namu Road, a 2-minute walk from Victoria Avenue Lawn Tennis Club.
