About the Session
1- High energy hitting sessions within a rallying context.
These are outcome based tactical training sessions with the use of targets.
- warm up involves either skipping or a gentle level of running, squats etc
- training session includes racquet feeding and rally-based drills
- Stretching and cool down
2- Technical sessions are process based sessions with technical improvement as the teaching point and is carried out with hand and racquet feeding, from the correct tactical positions. Session usually ends with a ralling and targets.
