About Me
With a passion for all racquet sports Richard started playing tennis aged 3. He also plays squash, rackets and real tennis and has represented The Queens Club Men’s lawn tennis 1st team in The National League.
Qualifications and Experience
As an LTA licensed LEVEL 4 coach, Richard is a passionate, well respected, hardworking tennis coach. He has over 25 years’ experience, coaching at a wide range of health and leisure clubs, tennis and racquets clubs, schools and performance academies, coaching juniors and adults of all standards and abilities.
Richard was Racquets Manager at Oxford Esporta, part of the former Esporta Health and Leisure Group, managing a team of over 20 tennis, squash, and badminton coaches, over 2,000 adult and junior members and responsible for all managerial, financial and tennis operations.
Richard was also a Senior Club Coach at The Hurlingham Club in London for over ten years and has been part of the performance coaching teams at Kent LTA, Dukes Meadows Tennis Academy in London, and the Reeds School Tennis Scholarship programme.
