About Me
Yasmin has over 20 years tennis experience and over 12 years coaching experience. Yasmin continues to share her knowledge and passion for the game, with an extensive list of local and international clients.
Her clientele consists of beginners, intermediate and advanced players. Teaching both adults and children who are based in central and west London, mainly at various private home courts and squares.
Yasmin left school aged 13 to train at the prestigious tennis academy, Sanchez-Casal in Barcelona to pursue her dream of becoming a professional tennis player. After a year in Spain she returned to the UK and was hand selected to attend one of the UK's top leading academies, WIN Tennis at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
At the age of 17, Yasmin was granted a full ride scholarship to attend a Division 1 University in the USA where she completed her undergraduate studies majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Spanish.
Qualifications and Experience
- LTA Level 3 coach
- DBS and First Aid certified
- Ranked no.1 in her county (Dorset) from the age of 9-17
- Ranked Top 10 in the UK for her age as a junior
- Competed at a European level from age 13
- Competed at a International level from the age of 15 and was internationally ranked in both doubles and singles
- Played at the highest collegiate level in the US and was captain of her team and was playing at the no.1 position in both singles and doubles
