Location Partner Terms and Conditions

Booking

The Venue agrees to provide access for Aceify’s clients and coaches to spaces at its location at times and dates to be mutually agreed between the parties, based on the hourly rate specified above.

Pricing & payment

Aceify shall pay any amounts due for space bookings within 14 days of receiving an invoice from the Venue. The Venue shall invoice for any space bookings based on the hourly rate specified above upon completion of any space booking. The Venue shall not require any additional payments directly from Aceify’s clients and coaches to access the venue or to otherwise use the facilities within the venue.

Changes

Aceify shall be permitted to cancel any booking without liability or payment to the Venue up to 24 hours before the agreed booking time. The Venue shall not be permitted to cancel any booking after it has been agreed, and agrees to pay Aceify’s reasonable damages and losses (including the cost of sourcing an alternative venue for the booking) in the event that it cancels any booking in breach of this agreement.

Damage & liability

The Venue shall be responsible for notifying Aceify’s clients and coaches of any applicable health and safety notices or rules for usage of the venue. The Venue agrees that liability for any damage or loss (whether to person, property, or otherwise) suffered by the Venue or by Aceify’s clients and coaches during the booking shall be a matter between the Venue and such clients and coaches directly. Aceify shall not be liable for any such damage or loss. Aceify’s sole liability to the Venue under this agreement shall be limited to the amounts paid or payable in relation to the booking where any liability is claimed to arise.

Contact with Aceify’s clients and coaches

The Venue shall be permitted to collect contact details from Aceify’s clients and coaches solely for the purposes of allowing them to use the venue for any given booking. The Venue shall not at any time contact Aceify’s clients and coaches for the purposes of attempting to sell them any products or services. The Venue shall be liable for Aceify’s reasonable damages and losses in the event that it breaches this obligation.

Partner network

If the Venue has agreed to become part of the Aceify partner network, the Venue shall prominently display stickers and other signage provided by Aceify at its premises.
