on payment

1 credit is roughly equal to $1.33. The credits do not expire and can be used on any coach on our platform. Each coach charges a different amount of credits, depending on their experience and tennis level. We offer coaches starting from 40 credits or group sessions from 20 credits.
We work on a credits system similar to ClassPass, where you purchase credits which do not expire and can be used on any of our 200 plus coaches around the world. Our credits system allows you to trial multiple coaches, and play in different locations across the world. You are therefore not tied to a specific coach or court, which gives you the flexibility to play whenever, wherever and with whoever you want!
Your credits will never expire, so you can use them up weeks, months or years later. For this reason, we are unable to refund credits once purchased.
No, we do not offer single sessions - the minimum amount of credits you can purchase is 300. However, if you purchase a pack of credits and are unhappy with your session, we can provide you with a different coach for the subsequent session.
