WHAT TO EXPECT
Training is split into two sessions each day, with a break for lunch.
You’ll focus on the technical and physical aspects of the game each morning, followed by tactics and match play in the afternoon. In total, you can expect 20 hours of bespoke training split over four full days and two half days.
You’ll be coached by Nik Psomiadis, an LTA Senior Performance Accredited coach with over ten years of international high performance experience working with players on the Spanish and British national tours as well as at international tournaments.
