Thanks to its premium Japanese polyurethane, this overgrip offers a plush, cushioned feel that remains comfortable even during long, intense matches. It’s a noticeable improvement over the Wilson Pro Overgrip and Babolat Pro Tour Overgrip, which, although fantastic products, don’t offer quite the same level of plushness and cushioning. We felt so good playing with the Elite Performance Overgrip that we had to give it a 9 out of 10 for comfort.

During our playtest, there were no moments where we felt the racket might slip out of our hand, even after several sets. This performance warrants a solid 9 out of 10.

This overgrip stays tackier for longer giving players confidence in their grip throughout the game. Whether you’re playing in humid conditions or under the hot sun, the Elite Performance Overgrip maintains its tackiness, ensuring you have full control of your racket at all times. Notably, unlike most overgrips that have only one cellophane layer, this overgrip has two cellophane layers that need to be removed before applying. This minor inconvenience might be a key reason behind its superior tackiness. For this reason, it earns a 9.5 out of 10 for tackiness.

Durability is often a tradeoff with overgrips, but the VIBE Tennis Elite Performance Overgrip strikes a good balance.
