The Blackheath Club has existed since 1885 and is a thriving and successful club situated within Rectory Fields and is part of the Blackheath Sports Club incorporating tennis, rugby, squash and cricket. Over the years, it has become one of London's most iconic private members clubs.
The Blackheath Club offers both indoor and outdoor courts, as well as an on-site clubhouse bar and pavilion. The club's 8 floodlit all-weather courts are available in winter and summer, while the 3 grass courts are open between May and September. In addition to its impressive tennis facilities, The Blackheath Club also has a court-for-hire availability throughout the year.
This club also offers fun, social tennis for everyone. They offer weekly club sessions on Wednesdays from 18.00 – 22.00, Thursdays 9.00 - 11.00 am and Sundays from 14.00 – 17:00 to mix in and play doubles which are changed after each short set.
