The Colchester Officers’ Club is a beautiful secluded environment set in the heart of Colchester's town centre. It offers a wealth of sporting, conference and social facilities combined with modern standards within the atmosphere of traditional heritage. The Colchester Officers Club not only does it have six all weather tennis courts, but three of them are floodlit for an extra exciting game of tennis at night! The Club also has plenty of amenities available, including a clubhouse with billiards and table football, and refreshments galore. It's the perfect spot to relax after work or take advantage of the beautiful weather Colchester has to offer.
The club offer club sessions on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings, open to all standards just to come along and play. The club also has Tennis Mornings and coaching groups for adults and run a Mini Tennis programme for juniors. As well as groups, they offer individual lessons to all ages and levels of playing ability.
The Colchester Officers Club is a great place to meet other serious players and join one of the many tennis teams that play in the Colchester and District Tennis Leagues. They have Singles and Mixed Doubles Box Leagues for all standards which are a great way to have fun, gain match practice and meet other members.
