Joseph Hood Recreation Ground is on over 8 hectares of grounds. It has five hard tennis courts available for play. Courts are run and maintained by the Merton council, the use of these courts is provided for free! Other facilities at the club include a cricket pitch, football pitches, play areas, a paddling pool and a bowling green. Open every day from 8 am until dusk. The closest train station is South Merton, or take buses 164 and 413 to the park.
