King George's Playing Fields is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening. It's located on Tudor Drive, Morden, and it's open from 8:00 am to dusk. This park is a great place to practice tennis, cricket, football, and more. The three courts offer plenty of space for play, and there are also several other amenities available for use if you want to get active outside of tennis or sport.
The Cricket pitch can be used for practice sessions by the public or private teams that use it in their leagues. The Football pitches can be used by both amateurs and professionals alike; they're large enough for regular games but small enough that they don't take up too much space. And the Paddling pool offers fun (and exercise) for all ages - perfect after playing on the Tennis courts! There's even a Pavilion where you can relax with a drink while taking in some beautiful views.
