Canoe Lake Tennis Courts are located near the sea front at Canoe Lake Leisure, St Helens Parade, Southsea, Portsmouth P04 9RG. Canoe Lake Leisure has 4 floodlit high-performance all-weather courts, 10 tournament grade grass courts, and 2 new hard tennis courts. There is no need to be a member to hire the courts. The artificial grass courts and the grass courts are £6 to £8 an hour depending on whether you are Junior or Adult, and the hard courts are £4 to £6 an hour. Canoe Lake Leisure also has The Pavilion, a beautifully clean and modern building with lots of windows and a café/bar on the terrace with glass overlooking the courts so that you can enjoy the view with a drink or snack and watch friends or family play tennis. Also, Canoe Lake Leisure has basketball and netball courts, a children's play area, toilets, a beautiful lake and lots of green space for dog walking. You can park in the Seafront Canoe Lake Car Park, but parking charges apply. There may also be free street parking on some of the surrounding streets, depending on the time and day. For public transport, Canoe Lake bus stop is a 5-minute walk away from Canoe Lake Tennis Courts and there, you can catch the 16 bus to Portsmouth.
