Portsmouth Tennis Centre is operated by BH Live together with Portsmouth City Council and BH Live offers a range of different coaching programmes that caters to different interests, ages and abilities. The courts are available for public hire, you do not need to be a member of the club to hire the courts, they can be hired for an hourly rate of £22.10 at peak times, £14.40 off peak, £9.40 for Juniors, and £7.80 for Ladies Tennis. Other hourly rates are also available, and you can get Tennis Coaching courses from £25.50 a month. The establishment has a Gymnastics Centre with coaching available at a similar price. Within the tennis centre there is free Wi-Fi, free parking, climate control in the facilities, as well as disabled access. Close to Portsmouth Tennis Centre is Mountbatten Centre which has a swimming pool and a gym. Magdalen bus stop is a 3-minute walk away from the establishment and there you can catch the, 8 The Star, 18, 20 or 25 bus.
