Hinksey Park is recognised as one of England's best green spaces, located just a short walk from Oxford city centre. The club has four recently renovated all-weather tennis courts for play. Additionally, onsite equipment hire is available for added convenience. The club is run by Oxford City Council and supported by the LTA, its goal to incentive sports and fitness initiatives to young and old. Thus, courts can be hired by the public free of charge! The park is busy with tourists and locals who can enjoy a fantastic variety of facilities, these include an outdoor swimming pool over spring and summer months, as well as a children's play area, table tennis facilities, public allotments for gardening enthusiasts and a sports field. The park is an oasis of greenery full of local wildlife, the perfect escape from a busy schedule. If you're visiting, car parking facilities are available off Abingdon Road, pay and display for 60p per hour.
