Holland Park Lawn Tennis Club is one of London's best private tennis clubs enjoyed by its 850 members. It hosts secluded grounds, green open spaces and state-of-the-art facilities, the perfect escape from London's busy streets. The club promotes a high standard of tennis; players must have some tennis experience, meet friendly members and enjoy a round of doubles! Play among the greats Billie Jean King and Jimmy Connors played at this very club! The club has eight courts, three grass courts and five artificial grass courts with floodlighting availability for year-round play. Grass courts are open during the summer months, from May and September. Members are required to wear white tennis clothing and tennis shoes and need to bring their own rackets and balls. However, additional balls can be purchased from the clubhouse. There are no court fees other than when floodlights are used; a small fee is present. Daily maintenance is managed by the club's full-time manager and committee members. Opening times are 8 am to 9.30 pm daily.
